It is a proven fact.
It’s not a secret anymore.
Canadians of all ages can choose to become heart healthy.
Healthy hearts could easily become the rule for us and not the exception.
If you are skeptical, don’t take my word for this.
Scrutinize what is claimed and put what has been scientifically proven to “The Big Test” yet again and again and again.
This time, I propose a three part expanded program involving diet, exercise and relationships, first with a senior focus and then turn the focus to couples and families and then entire communities in each Canadian Province and Territory.
Apply Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn Jr., M.D.’s book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease to specify the heart healthy diet. > articulate > illustrate > demonstrate and then try it out > we can experience it for ourselves.
Dr. Michael F. Roizen’s Real Age Workout and Tanya Wyatt’s Be Your Own Personal Trainer, the services of a physical therapist and good common sense would address exercise adequately to get a program up and running.
Relationships need work. In my view, many relationships these days are having difficulty and there is much work to do. But, I believe that it is very important and key for wholeness and true happiness.
We can start with a handful of volunteers and a 28 day starter program. We work out a protocol. Who is interested in providing support? Once enough of us sluggers get the gist . . . . . we’ll see results > good role models are crucial and > a stunning new paradigm would cut to the chase and save on words spoken and words written.
After a time, find one or two willing volunteers from as many as 30,000 communities from all across the Dominion of Canada from sea to sea.
