I often read the account given of Moses just before he departs.
His eye was not dim nor was his natural force abated at the age of 120.
I’m reading Joel Fuhrman’s The End of Diabetes, Harper One, 2013.
Joel calls it the eat to live plan to prevent and reverse diabetes.
It should be so simple and it should be so very easy for us.
What is the terrible snag taking our health away?
What are the barriers for each of us?

If we add zero and zero and one and one, do we get two?
But if we add four plus four and then one and one, do we get ten?
The SAD and the standard Canadian Diet is heavy on sugar and heavy on fat.
Sugar and fat are calorie dense but contain zero micro nutrients which our bodies need and must have for health.
The cake with all the icing and the ice cream is so so yummy.
We are gleefully robbing ourselves of good health and wellness.
Who in Saskatchewan will learn how to live healthy and to live well from 5 to 105?
How is that accomplished by anyone interested and by all those interested?
I’ve been told that 2,000 strokes reported in Saskatchewan annually
. . . . . and 80% of these strokes are reported to be preventable?
Who is interested in supporting stroke prevention right here in Saskatchewan?
Who is up on their basic math skills?
Who can figure this out?
Who wants to?

Can you see and do you agree that Saskatchewan has a unique opportunity at this time to learn how to enjoy physical health and emotional wellness and many could and should choose spiritual life.
It seems to me that our poor eating habits and lack of exercise are like a bondage to Egypt and to the world and to the things of the world. Food cravings for sugar and fat are known to be addicting. Are you aware that a poor diet together with a lack of adequate functional exercise lead to most illness and most disease and the abundance of our current health problems. >we are directed to love not the world nor the things of the world – 1 John 2:15
Second, we must build a strong faith < Hebrews 11:6 > and have great trust in God and not in ourselves and not in the world as we pass through an emotional and social wilderness and our heart is tested and our faith is tried before we are allowed to enter into the promised land.
Third, we are led along a spiritual path to spiritual life < John 8:12 > <Psalm 16:11> and guided flawlessly in an advanced learning curve > see Hebrews 3: 7-19, Hebrews 4:10 and James 1:22-27
I believe that Saskatchewan is being challenged in this way at this time . . . . . eh:
to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace > Ephesians 4:3
to come in the unity of the faith > Epesians 4:13
to be no more children spiritually > Ephesians 4:14
to speak the truth in love and to grow up into Christ > Ephesians 4:15
to learn to show mercy and compassion > Zechariah 7:9
to be kind one to another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven us > Ephesians 4.32
to be followers of God and to follow Jesus > Ephesians 5:1 and John 8:12
to have fellowship one with another <in the Spirit> > 1 John 1:7 and 1 John 1:3
What is the bottom line?
love and fruitful works through Jesus which give proper Glory to God the Father
how do we get there step by step by step?
how do we make breakthroughs?
we are to consider one another to provoke unto love and to do good works > see Hebrews 10:24 and 1 James 1:22-27 again.

The standard American diet is not only SAD, it is also very very BAD for all of us!

X – did you know that diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that causes serious health complications including kidney failure, heart disease, stroke and blindness. As you can readily see, this is not good.
X – recently there has been a 15% increase (in the US) in two years this is bad!
X – there has been a 700% increase in the last 50 years that is very very BAD!
X – more than 40% of Americans 20 years and older have diabetes or pre-diabetes
X – approximately 30% of adults over 60 have been diagnosed with diabetes
X – More than 50% of Americans will have diabetes or be prediabetic by 2020, if current trends…this is sad and bad and Very Sad and Very Bad and who can believe it?

who wants to see that number and that percentage lowered?

Now, I don’t know it all, but I do have considerable experience and some relevant understanding of potential value
