Who will volunteer
to participate from your neck of the woods
to participate in a joint effort to fully understand
“What qualifies as good, better, BEST, ideal or just NOT good enough?”
as applied to suitable diet and to qualifying every ten (10) minute movement
for at least 2 or 3 hours daily for 6 or 8 weeks or longer
and to keep flawless records including suitable video.
* suggestion > set 3 timers one for 10, one for 20
and set a third timer for 30 minutes,
and reset every 1/2 hour,
for 2 or 3 hours.
